  4. Too much erythritol! Why not use a sweetener a little more natural? I know Erythritol is somewhat natural, but not entirely, and it comes from corn, and possibly GMO corn. Try not using any sugar at all in maybe the pancake batter, you could just use a little maple syrup on top…the recipes are too sweet for me. I appreciate your effort in making the videos….Thanks.

  5. Based on some of the comments,looks like there are a few people ignorant of what Keto diet is & confusing it with Atkins! Had to laugh out loud at comments that said this isn’t Keto! Honestly these are people who think Keto is a high protein, zero carb diet like Atkins! It is not ! Keto is a high fat,moderate protein & low carb diet! These recipes are perfect keto!

  7. Don’t mix raw egg into an uncooked filling! 🤮 CDC advice: The inside of eggs that appear normal can contain a germ called Salmonella that can make you sick, especially if you eat raw or lightly cooked eggs. Eggs are safe when you cook and handle them properly.

  9. Not sure why people still limit themselves to typical breakfast foods in the morning. Wake up to a delicious steak, salmon patties or chicken soup. You can literally eat anything you want for breakfast. I’ve been doing that for decades.

  10. Strongly recommend adding 2-3 tablespoons beef gelatin to the baked goods for improved texture. The beef gelatin is odorless and tasteless, yet retains moisture. The oils help, but don’t quite do the trick. Great recipes otherwise…
