  2. Might you know how long the pesto last in the refrigerator? I cannot eat much in one sitting, I become over full on two strees size tacos. I didnt use to be this way but once I hit 35 something changed.

  8. How do you know that your vegan food is grown without using animal by products, such as their feces? How do you differentiate this like water separating from oil? Just curious, should I decide to be vegan…..

  9. I just bought last month the Breville Dice and peal pro food Processor and makes slaw in seconds I live it plugged in on my Kitchen Island. You should check it out. It’s extremely Handy

  10. a little tip: instead of cooking normal pasta, use shirataki noodles, they have no fat, are full of fibre and dont need to be cooked in water. unless you’re trying to build muscle of course

  13. Hi, I am just switching to vegan, I starting Training for a half marathon and saw the documentary the game changers. I cooked today your pasta recipe with the green beans, my wife loved it. I will definitely continue using your recipes. I like to cook as a hobby, so is a plus for me

  17. Love your recipes, but a bit "heavy" on the cilantro. Some of us (about 25-30% of humans) CANNOT eat cilantro nor coriander (it may be a genetic aversion.) Can you please remember us and make suggestions for substitutions? I am assuming parsley or basil may be good options? Thanks so much!

  18. I’m a vegan newbie and I just made my first meal (CRISP TOFU SALAD), it was delicious! I’d tweaked out the sauce a bit by using 3 tsp of PBFIT and a tsp of natural peanut butter to watch my sugars. THIS MEAL IS A DEFINITE REPEAT FOR ME!

  21. I’m eating your red lentil curry right now. I freeze leftovers and just warm up when needed, all i need to make is the rice! Plus, I always have a couple small containers with the spice mixture pre-made. Such a time saver!

  22. the tacos were so good but 3/4 teaspoon of salt in the chickpeas was too much. it was hella salty so reduce to 1/4-2/4 teaspoon πŸ‘πŸ»
