  15. I want to confess today that I don’t know how but after following you ( since 1 year) ..
    Now days whenever I see fastfood or other unhealthy food my mind automatically find their healthy alternatives . Idly dhosa, roasted corn .. avoiding biscuit over dryfruit .. everything.And at the end of day that’s makes me happy that today I lived a healthy life with exercise ( as your video) .
