  4. I also get very bloated when eats carbs which seems to be all I eat. I’m going to have to look into this!

  5. I’m confused: You say you "cut out all bread" and other obvious carbs, but I didn’t think that was a requirement for this diet. I thought it was a Mediterranean style diet, ie, moderate, healthy carbs along w lean protein. (I haven’t read the book bc I refuse to buy another diet book)

  6. Glad to see you adding a bit more vege and protein as you went on. You can totally bulk up on low starch vege without guilt.

  12. Great video, and well edited. I have been doing my own variation of the fasting/5:2/600 calorie a day diet for 5 weeks now, and I’m impressed with the results. I hope it’s still going well for you πŸ™‚

  13. I fast from 7pm to 11am. These timings just suit me better. I’ll have 2 meals a day – brunch at around 11am and supper around 6pm.

  14. I’ve heard so much great stuff about the fast 800, have you heard of the podcast the secret world of slimming clubs? Its so funny, one of the ladies on there is doing it and shes SMASHING her weightloss! Cant wait to see your results
