  1. Plants do nothing positive for gut health, except for maybe some fermented products. You need to eat a strict carnivore diet until your gut heals completely.

  2. I am glad you can eat dairy and beans that would send me straight to the nearest toilet… Keep sharing great videos…

  3. Thank you for sharing what you eat for gut health. Gut health is so important and I’m always looking for inspiration.

  4. i think i am lactose so i stopped eating dairy and whenever i eat foods i feel gassy idk what foods cause it tho

  5. Your thoughtfulness and thoroughness contributed to speeding up my healing process. I wonder what could have become of me if you weren’t the one who handled my case. Thank you for eliminating my Herpes Virus Dr Aluda on YouTube..

  6. *I found something really cool….*

*Jesus is coming back soon! Are you ready for His coming?*
He is coming back as the King of all Kings!
*Belief doesn’t affect truth! The truth is that:*

    1. God exist.
    2. He loves you and cares about your every need.
    3. You need Him because your a sinner and have broken His law. Death happens because it’s the *wages* for our sins which are crimes against God.
    4. He sent Jesus to save you from your sins. He paid the price so you wouldn’t have to pay for your sins!
Repent (apologize and turn from your sins) and come to Christ today. He’s coming back for the people who know Him. But hurry, because when He comes back He will judge those who didn’t accept Him. If you have any questions, ask me below!

  7. The Cod Liver Oil. Omg throwback!! My mom used to make my siblings and I take it when we were younger and I used to hate it and think it was gross, but now I realize it’s so healthy and has so many benefits lol.

  8. Am grateful to God almighty for using dr udoka on YouTube herbal remedy to cure me of erectile dysfunction

  9. I was surprised to see bread in the video. I’m trying to avoid gluten altogether. Guess I’ll have to find a GF alternative way of enjoying toast.

  10. I’m new to probiotic pills is there a reason you take it at night rather than in the morning or throughout the day??

  11. I feel for you..ibs is ruff..I eat and it’s almost like I can see my stomach blow up like a balloon..I’ve had gallbladder out seems like everything messes with my stomach…good luck on your stomach feeling better

  12. I just would like to know if you have gut issues or you just adapted a healthy daily prep meal for your gut? Looks yummy but with my gut issues, I have to stay away from sugar "fructose", seeds and nuts and all kinds of stuff

  13. Hi. Question: The extra smoothie, can it be stored and the fridge and for how long would it retain its nutrience?

  14. Thank you for finding a way to admit IBS in a lady like way. It was always super embarrassing for me when we bought our house explaining why the dinners i make are mainly bland. You go girl!
