Plants do nothing positive for gut health, except for maybe some fermented products. You need to eat a strict carnivore diet until your gut heals completely.

I just would like to know if you have gut issues or you just adapted a healthy daily prep meal for your gut? Looks yummy but with my gut issues, I have to stay away from sugar "fructose", seeds and nuts and all kinds of stuff
